And when my mouth was silent, I was lonely with my mind heavy and my soul screaming out for something or someone.
When I craved darkness you would always shine right through.
And then when darkness took over me, you still stuck through and when I lost myself you were there to follow.
No matter how much you would change, you still shined so bright for everyone to be mesmerized by your intensity —
I wanted to be just like you.
